Virginia Menzigian 1952-2026
North Grosvenordale, CT- Virginia 'Ginny' Menzigian, 73, of 44 Marcy Lane, died on Tuesday, May 19th peacefully at home. She was born in Worcester, MA and was the daughter of the late Paul and Isabel (Barbour) Menzigian.
Ginny worked as a pediatric nurse for 30 years. Her specialty was home care and she truly loved every baby, child and family she cared for. Ginny loved to spend time with her family and friends. She loved sleepovers and reminiscing with endless laughter. She loved scary movies and music and attending concerts.
Ginny is survived by her boyfriend and devoted partner with whom she lived, Donald Cimochowski; her daughter Charalee Zukowski of North Oxford, MA; her sister, Marlene Menzigian of Naples Florida, her niece, Nicole Boucher and her husband Scott of Winchendon, MA. She is pre-deceased by her youngest sister, Paula Lefevbre. She leaves her nieces and nephews, great nieces and beloved cousins. Ginny also leaves behind the light of her life, her granddaughter, Isabel Zukowski. Ginny was so proud of Isabel and will be with her from above as she graduates from High School on May 29th.
The family would like to thank Day Kimball Hospice for their wonderful and attentive care.
