It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Elenor (Ellie) Fournier. Ellie left this world on May 5, 2025 to join her beloved son Kevin. Born in Dudley on May 27, 1942 to Joseph and Gertrude (Waldron) Gliniecki.
Ellie leaves her nephew Corey Gliniecki, nephew and Godson Shawn Gliniecki, sister-in-law Judy Gliniecki, step daughters Pamela and Jennifer Coonan, and also many nieces and nephews. Ellie also leaves close friends Barb Osimo and Chris Marcinczyk and the many other friends she had made over the years.
Ellie was predeceased by her husband of 17 years, Frederick Coonan, her son Kevin Marrier, and her brothers Joseph, Robert, William, and Raymond. She was also predeceased by her niece Dawn (Gliniecki) Pringle.
Ellie worked at American Optical in Southbridge for over 25 years and at Gentex Optics in Dudley for over 10 years.
A friend to many, Ellie was known for her immense kindness and huge heart. She was always willing to help those in need and was an animal lover.
At the request of the family, the burial service is private.
