Dudley - Elizabeth Stawasz, 85, formerly of New Boston Rd., died Thursday, February 5, 2008.
Her husband of 61 years, Louis Stawasz died this past November
She leaves two sons: Paul Stawasz of West New York, NJ and Mark Stawasz of Big Flats NY.
Two grandchildren, Andrew and Christiana Stawasz. Several nieces and nephews.
She was born in Webster, the daughter of the late Stephen and Adele (Wejnerowski) Mazewski.
She graduated from Bartlett High School in 1941. She assisted her husband with the running of Stawasz Oil Co. She lived in Dudley most all her life moving to New York 2 years ago to be with her family.
Her funeral Mass will be Saturday FEB. 14 at 10:00 AM in St. Andrew Bobola Church, 54 West Main St., Dudley. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Garden Of Peace Cemetery, Webster. Calling hours are Saturday morning from 8:30 to 9 :30 AM . Memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew Bobola Church PO Box 98, Dudley, MA 01571.
