Quinebaug CT /Webster - Charlotte L (Ellsmore)Cannava, 85, formerly of Parkway Dr., died Monday, March 2 in Lanessa Extended Care, Webster her home for the past 10 years. She was the widow of Joseph A Cannava her husband of 40 years.
She leaves one daughter: Denise Brezny and her husband Charles of Dudley.
one son: Glenn Cannava of Ct. A grandson Brian Brezny of Charlton. Pre-deceased by a grandson Charlie Brezny of Dudley.
She was born in Glen Campbell PA the daughter of the late Robert and Hilda( Sahlstrom) Ellsmore and raised in Brooklyn and lived 15 years in East Long Meadow Long Island and then moved to Quinebaug ,Ct. Charlotte was a loving wife , mother and homemaker.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 9 at 9 AM in Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley. Burial will followat 2 PM in the Pine Lawn National Cemetery , Farmingdaly NY Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 6 to 8 PM at Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley. www.bartelfuneralhome .com
