Webster - Stacia R. "Peanuts"(Stelmach) Kujawski, 95, of 11 McGovern Lane, died peacefully Sunday April 2 in Oakwood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.Her husband of 33 years Francis Kujawski died in 1963. She leaves one daughter Dolores David and her husband Albert of Webster, one son Francis Kujawski and his wife Betty of Thompson, a brother Felix Stelmach of Manchester, NH and a sister Frances Maynard McCormac of Pomfret.She was a precious mother and loving grandmother to 11 grandchildren ,20 Great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Predeceased by 5 brothers and sisters. She was born in Webster the daughter of Andrew and Katherine (Majka) Stelmach. Stacia was an accomplished seamstress and dressmaker for more than 40 year's retiring in 1988. Mrs. Kujawski was a communicant of St. Joseph Basilica and a member of St. Joseph Polish Womens Club . She enjoyed crossword puzzles and playing cards with her family. Her funeral will be held Thursday April 6 from Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Avenue, Dudley,with a Mass at 10AM in St. Joseph Basilica 53 Whitcomb St. Webster. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Garden Of Peace Cemetery, Webster. Calling hours at the funeral home are Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
