Webster - John J. Gagen, Jr, 63, of 138 Lower Gore Rd., died Wednesday, October 28 in the Rose Monahan Hospice Home Worcester after a long struggle with cancer. He leaves his wife of 37 years, Linda (Bonneau) Gagen. one daughter: Holly Biedrzycki and her husband Krzysztof and their children Erik and Alana all of Wales , Two sons: Steven Gagen of Webster and Jeremy Gagen of Danielson, CT Four sibling William Gagen and his wife Grace of Shrewsbury, Patricia MacDonald and her husband Phillip of Spencer, Kathleen Muth and her husband Joseph of FLA and Thomas Gagen and his wife Anita of CA. His step mother Natalie Gagen of Leicester Many; nieces and nephews. He was born and raised in Worcester, MA, the son of the late John J. Gagen Sr .and the late Evelyn (Maynard) He served in the Army from Jan. 4 1966 to Jan. 3, 1972 and was stationed in Germany . He worked as a Machinist 38 years at the Norton Company . Mr. Gagen was a member Kosciuszko Society in Webster. He enjoyed fishing and deep sea fishing at Cape Cod. John was a long time supporter of Webster Little League and served as an assistant coach and umpired for many years. Memorial services will be held privately at Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley. Interment will be private at the National Cemetery in Bourne, Ma .
