Obituary of Emily Szewczyk

Dudley - Emily Szewczyk, 93, formerly of Green St. died Saturday, Dec. 12 in Lanessa Extended Care, Webster after a long illness. She leaves one sister: Theresa Bernier of Dudley. Niece, Beverly Kuszewski of Dudley, Nephew, Donald F. Bernier of Webster, Nephew, Francis P. Bernier of Dudley, Nephew, Robert Bernier of Lilburn, GA. and other nieces , nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by a brother Alexander Szewczyk and two sisters Antoinette Paciga and Helen Kosiba. She was born in Dudley, the daughter of the late Anthony and the late Eva (Baldzicka) Szewczyk. She worked 44 Years as a Spinner Stevens Linen . Miss Szewczyk was a member of St. Andrew Bobola Church , Emily was an avid reader and sports fan who enthusiastically followed the Red Sox and Patriots. She enjoyed shopping and dining with her sister and her family. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on THURSDAY DEC. 17 at 10AM in St. Andrew Bobola Church 54 West Main St., Dudley. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Garden of Peace Cemetery, Webster. There are no calling hours.
