Dudley - Henry Cyganiewicz, 83 , died Saturday, July 10 at his home surrounded by his loving family. His wife of 55 years, Ruth(Smith) Cyganiewicz died in 2002. He leaves. four sons: Henry Cyganiewicz Jr. and his wife Linda of Huntsville, AL . Jeffery Cyganiewicz and his wife Linda of Myrtle Beach, SC, Gregory Cyganiewicz and his wife Joyce of Westfield MA, Kerry Cyganiewicz and his wife Julie of North Brookfield MA. Three daughters: Beth Dabrowski and her husband Edward of Webster, Ellen Ethier and her husband Steven of Oxford. Lori Chapdelaine and her husband Dale of Thompson, CT . Henry also leaves 17 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by 3 brothers and 2 sisters. He was born and raised in Dudley, the son of the late Joseph and Stella (Phillip) Cyganiewicz. He worked many years as a Master Mechanic at Natick Paper Board retiring in 1984. Mr. Cyganiewicz was a member of St. Andrew Bobola Church . Henry's passion was his family . He was an avid fan of the Red Sox and loved Polka Music and he would listen for hours. His funeral will be held Wednesday JULY 14 from Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley,with a Mass at 10 AM in St. Andrew Bobola Church, 54 West Main St., Dudley. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Garden Of Peace Cemetery, Webster. Calling hours are Tuesday from 5 to 8 PM at the funeral home .Please omit flowers Henry's request was for donations to his church , St. Andrew Bobola Church, 54 West Main St., PO Box 98, Dudley, MA 01571 www.bartelfuneralhome.com .
