Obituary of Theresa Bernier

Dudley-Theresa ( Szewczyk) Bernier, age 90, of 17 Green St., Dudley died peacefully Sunday, November 13, 2011 at the St. Francis Home in Worcester, Mrs. Bernier was born July 11, 1921 in Dudley, MA. She is the daughter of the late Anthony and the late Eva (Baldzicka) Szewczyk. Her husband of 62 years Francis Bernier died in 2002 She is survived by her daughter and caregiver Beverly Kuszewski of Dudley, and three sons: Francis P. Bernier of Dudley, Donald F. Bernier of Webster, MA, Robert Bernier of Lilburn, GA; She also leaves Five Grandchildren , a great grandson and many nieces and nephews. Pre deceased by one brother and 3 sisters .She was employed as Receptionist at the former Bates Shoe . Theresa was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed reading . Theresa's family would like to thank the staff of St. Francis for the outstanding care given to their mother . A Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be held 11 AM on Saturday, November 19 at St. Anthony Of Padua Church, 24 Dudley Hill Rd., Dudley,Burial will follow in St. Joseph Garden Of Peace Cemetery, Webster. There are no calling hours . In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital, P.O.
