Webster - Thomas E. Hughes, age 71, resident of The Villages, FL died unexpectedly on June 16, 2014 in Alexandria, VA.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carol (Fijal) Hughes, son: Jeffrey Hughes and his wife Jeannine (LaVergne) of Sturbridge, MA, daughter: Susan Langley and her husband Jeffrey, of Boca Raton, FL, daughter in law, Jane (Lynch) Hughes of Alexandria, VA; grandchildren: Richard, Leah, Margaret, George, Anna and Madeline, brother: John Hughes and his wife Ruth, mother in law: Anna Fijal, sisters in law: Barbara Kryger and Patty Williams, brothers in law: Warren Williams and Ray Zak, and many nieces and nephews.Thomas was predeceased by son: Thomas M Hughes, sisters: Mary Ann Cusson and Joan Zak, and his brother: Robert Hughes.
A celebration of life will be Saturday, November 22 in Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley with opening prayers at 2:00 pm with family eulogies to follow .
