Dudley- Eleanor (Shepard) Penniman, age 80, of Dudley died Saturday, April 16, 2016 at UMASS Memorial Medical Center after an illness. Eleanor was born in Southbridge, MA. the daughter of the late Ralph and Anna (Chicoine) Shepard.She is survived by her husband of 59 years George Penniman and many nieces and nephews.Predeceased by her sister, Rachel McDonald.
Eleanor was a member of St. Stephens Church. She worked as an office clerk for 30 years at Hyde Manufacturing in Southbridge retiring in 1983.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10 AM on Friday, April 22 at St. Stephens Church, Corner Of Route 197 & 131, Quinebaug, CT.
