Dudley- Diane (Blair) Ouellette, 56 died Sunday, July 10, 2016 as a result of injuries suffered in an auto accident in Charlton.
Diane (always known as "DeDe") is survived by her beloved husband of 38 years, Paul. Also, her two sons: Justin and Jonathan (and his wife, Celia); her daughter, Bianca and her granddaughter Madison. She is also survived by her mother Carol (and her husband David), and her two sisters: Joanne (and her husband Richard) and Nancy Ann (and her husband Lyndon). Finally, the many others who would count DeDe as "family", even if not officially related.
DeDe spent her life caring for children, both at home and in her career. She ran a day care and worked as a nanny. But, more than that, DeDe's work spilled into every aspect of her life, mothering us all and treating those she knew as cherished members of her own family. She will be greatly missed.
A prayer service will be held 5:00 pm on Sunday, July 17 at Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley. Calling hours will be Sunday, July 17 from 2 to 5 PM at the funeral home (open casket from 2-3:30 PM, closed casket thereafter). We respectfully ask that young children do not attend.
