Dudley - Mary T. (Filipski)Lockwood, 89 died peacefully Wednesday Feb.7 at her daughters home in Dudley. Her husband of 58 years, Philip Lockwood died in 1995. She leaves two sons:William and his wife Jane Lockwood of Glenwood Springs,CO. Richard and his wife Cecilia Lockwood of Saratoga Springs, NY. Two daughters: Beth Bates Lockwood of Dudley, Louise and her husband Michael Eversman of Lathrop, MO. 4 sisters: Gladys Sendrowski of Dudley, Sophia Larendau Loretta Honig and Dorothy Pienta all of CA. Nine grandchildren Sean,Christopher,Robbie, Schuylar,Claire, Austin,Aran ,Matthew and Megan. Many nieces and nephews.Predeceased by a sister Helen Lanzetta. She was born in Dudley, daughter of the late William and Josephine (Boczkowski) Filipski.She worked in the Cafeteria at Shepherd Hill retiring in 1980.Mary lived here most all her life enjoying a stay at Christopher Heights in Webster in her retirement . She was a communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Church and a long time member of the choir. Mary was a member of the Daughters of Isabella and the Sliver Dippers Dance club. Marys funeral will be held Saturday Feb. 10 with a Mass at 1PM in St. Anthony Of Padua Church, 24 Dudley Hill Rd., Burial will follow in Corbin Cemetery, Dudley. Calling hours will be Saturday Morning 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Avenue, Dudley.Flowers may be sent or Donations to St. Anthony's Church PO Box 277 Dudley Ma.01571
