Mrs. Wrubel was my Neighbor growing up and even though we lived on a busy main street we would see her out and about in the yard with her animals. She always was the nicest neighbor and would let me and my friends pet and play with the more friendlier animals. I remember when I was little bringing her a stray dog I found because I couldn't keep it and I knew she would take good care of it and find it a great home. She always bought lots of girl scout cookies from me too. I'm so very sorry to hear of her unexpected passing and I wish her family and loved ones the deepest of condolences. RIP Mrs. Wrubel.
