Thipavanh Houatchanthara, Dudley, MA, died peacefully with her family at her side on Sunday, January 19, 2020. Mom was born on July 9, 1943, in Nong Khai, Thailand. Mom was married for 56 years to Storm Houatchanthara, together they have six children, and ten grandchildren.
Mom was the most generous and kind person, she was known for her cooking, her hot sauce, in particular. Mom loved to sew, she makes everything; from the clothes on her back to traditional dresses. She would buy things just to rip them apart and sew them all over again. She was the epitome of the best mom anyone could ever ask for. She made sure we always had food ready to eat. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, a caring grandmother, and a humble friend to all.
As you climb the stairs of heaven, mom, we will miss you dearly.
