Robert P. Marcin, 81, of Charlton died Sunday, November 19, 2023 at Rose Monahan Hospice Home of Worcester, MA. Robert was born February 9, 1942 in Worcester, MA. He is the son of the late Edward and the late Marion (Pascucci) Marcin.
He was preceded by his daughter: Robyn Marcin, and survived by his son: Todd Marcin of Charlton, Grandson Joseph Marcin and Granddaughter, Kathryn Marcin, both of Worcester, MA.
Robert proudly served his county for 27 years with the United States Air Force. During the Vietnam Era, Stationed in Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa and Aviano AFB in Italy. Serving on the Crash Rescue Fire Department. Last assignment was during Desert Storm.
Robert loved his family, the outdoors, and tending to his yard. Above all was his Love for his country.
The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, November 25 at Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave., Dudley, Burial will follow Westridge Cemetery, Charlton. The Webster/ Dudley Veterans Council honor guard will provide military honors for Tech. Sgt. Marcin.
Calling hours will be Saturday, from 930-11:00 AM at Bartel Funeral Home, 33 Schofield Avenue, Dudley, MA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to www.dav.org.
