Dudley - May M. (Macomber) Maciejewski, 83, of 54 Brandon Rd., died peacfully Friday, Oct. 5 in St.Vincent Hospital Worcester surrounded by the ones that she held dear. She leaves her husband of 58 years, Joseph N. Maciejewski. Two daughters: Kathy Maciejewski of Dudley and Sandra and her husband Thomas Lovejoy of Dudley. one son: Gary Maciejewski and his wife Linda of Quinebaug CT. A brother: Arthur Macomber of Thompson, CT. Granddaughters, Debra Jezierski and her husband Jim of Charlton; Susan Maciejewski and Katie Maciejewski both of Quinebaug and Patricia Ross and her husband Rick of Oxford; Grandson, Scott Lovejoy of Oxford; 4 great grandchildren Madeline, Kenny,Nicole and Sara. She was born and raised in Danielson, CT, the daughter of George and Myrtice (L'heureux) Macomber. May lived the past 57 years in Dudley and in her retirement spent winters in Florida. She worked 10 years at American Optical in Southbridge retiring in 1982. May was a former member of Dudley Fire Dept. Women's Auxiliary. May enjoyed crossword puzzles , camping, traveling and Daytona Beach . She loved square dancing with her husband and playing cards with family and friends. Her Funeral services will be Monday, Oct.8 at 10 AM in Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel, 33 Schofield Ave. Dudley burial will follow in Corbin Cemetery, Dudley.
