James R. Jansson, age 74, of Auburn died Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at Brookside Rehabilitation And Nursing Center of Webster after a long illness. James was born August 28, 1949 in Worcester, MA. He is the son of the late Hildding and the late Priscilla (Russell) Jansson.
He is survived by two sisters: Janet Harding of Webster, MA and Jacqueline Harrington of Chelmsford, and one brother: Joel Jansson of Dudley, MA; Several ; Nieces And Nephews,
Predeceased by his brother, Jeffrey Jansson.
James enjoyed sports with his sibling growing up . Hockey, golf, skiing and tennis.
After High School Jim was a house painter in the Worcester county area . He joined the United States Air Force in 1971 and severed 5 years.during the Vietnam era.
A graveside service will be at Hillside Cemetery in Auburn, MA on FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 6 at 10AM In lieu of flowers donations to the patients actives fund at Brookside Rehab and Nursing Center 11 Pontiac Ave. Webster Ma. 01570 .
Bartel Funeral Home and Chapel 33 Schofield Avenue is assisting the family with arrangements.
