Hans was such a remarkable person. I remember going over to Olga's and Hans' home and learning that he made all the beautiful teak furniture, including the kitchen cabinets. We had a wonderful hike in the woods to the RI, MA, CT line and a great bushwhack back. He loved to bushwhack. I still have the walking sticks he made. The Otto's were so hospitable and kind. Olga was a wonderful co-worker and so encouraging at Project Grow. God bless you, Olga. And may Hans have a wonderful journey to Heaven.

Hans was a wonderful gentleman who was always so kind, caring and a wonderful friend. I will miss him very much. I know he is in Heaven and most likely building something, creating something out of wood. He was so talented. He will be missed by many especially his Olga who loves him very much. God Bless you Hans, you made a difference in my life! Love you my friend!!

Tante Olga, Barbara, Rick, Bob & Anne,
I have so many cherished memories of the times spent with Onkel Hans and the family. I will always carry those with me.
Onkel Hans was very close with my dad and stood by him with loyalty and kindness when my dad was convalescing at Matulaitis. While my dad's memory failed him in the end, he never forgot Onkel Hans.
We mourn with you in your loss. Onkel Hans was very special to us. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Monika and Bob

Tom remembers Hans as his kind-hearted neighbor who was always willing to help others. How lucky to have been neighbors for so many years. A genuine friend and wonderful soul. I got to meet Hans in 2021, and I feel the same. Such a kind and genuine soul - always joyful and supportive. We will truly miss him. Love, Tom Davis and Andrea Bach
